What is Living Rewired, and how can it help me?

Living Rewired is my health and performance coaching service - in many ways we help you unlearn some of the fallacies that circulate social media platforms in regards to health and fitness. It’s a little like the wild Wild West out there. With industry experience dating back to 2009, our program is set up to be the last and only one you ever need to live a healthier and fitter life without obsessively counting calories.

Who is this program for?

This probably isn’t for you if you’re 22 looking for a 6 week transformation. However it may be if you’re feeling overwhelmed with conflicting information on social media, wish you could eliminate and better manage stress, suffering with inflamed digestion or an overall lack of stamina and fatigue. Health is the physiological pre-requisite for performance, and physique. We teach you how to have both.

Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?

No! Our fitness plans are adaptable to any lifestyle, whether you prefer training at home, in a gym, or outdoors. We create programs that fit your schedule and available resources.

If I’m not in Australia, can I still do your program?

Yes, you can. All you need is an internet connection and we will be able to schedule video calls, deliver coaching material and communicate regularly.

How soon will I see results?

Results vary depending on your commitment and starting point, but many clients notice improvements in energy levels, strength, and body composition within a few weeks. Sustainable change takes time, and we focus on long-term health.

Am I going to need to eat chicken and broccoli?

Absolutely not, unless you like it. Nutrition is a form of nourishment and self respect. Diet culture is fucked. No more restriction or food anxiety

What happens at the end of the program?

Very rarely do I work with someone beyond this program.

Unless you're a high-performing individual with extraordinary goals—or you're dealing with something more complex that needs ongoing support—you won't need another one.
